In this article I described how to install Proxmox 4.2 on a Hetzner server. In the meantime there have been several updates of Proxmox, among others to version 4.3.
To carry out an update it is sufficient to
apt-get update
and
apt-get upgrade
to be carried out.
The Proxmox installation has been running stably for a few days now.
